Denis Colin & Adam Simmons

One of France’s most accomplished jazz improvisers, Denis Colin (bass clarinet),will play in duet with local saxophonist/multi-instrumentalist (& Village devotee) Adam Simmons. Denis has worked with such names as Alan Silva and Archie Shepp, and has led his band, La Societe des Arpenteurs, since 1995. Adam has worked with various bands, including Bucketrider and the Adam Simmons Toy Band. Having just finished an Australian tour with La Societe des Antipodes (including Wangaratta Jazz Fest), this will be a chance for the two to really let the dialogue fly!!
