Snuff Puppets, a big, brute and anarchic puppet troupe for everybody, introduce their new work-in-development The Garden of Sorrows.

Tender and brutal, The Garden of Sorrows casts us back to the flux at the beginning of the world: inchoate nature in a state of formation, Australia, the garden and the inferno.

Snuff Puppets’ newly born giant Australian animals will roam the grounds of The Village, telling stories of transformation – animal, skeleton, puppet, human –amid a primeval realm of animal warriors, poets, healers and thieves.
