Artistic Directors Pidd, Kalk & Vaskess have pulled together an eccentric and feisty program of comedy, theatre, music and visual arts for this Year’s Village Festival in Edinburgh Gardens including the new work by Barking Spider Theatre Company, Nick Barlows Princess Game, Racheal Leary’s Everything Must Go, Kate Boston Smiths Kitty Bang, Mandek Penha, Biscotti,· Noah Symons Great Earthquake and much much more.

The old favourites will continue to delight,
The Famous Village Dog Show on Saturday at 4pm (BYO dog, some dress ups & accessories available at the Village Studio), So You Think You Can Interpretive Dance competition (Heats Sat arvo, final Sat night)

The Peoples Show, artists, audience, and casual passers-by, will be creating a very big play to be performed at 3pm on Sunday Afternoon.
Workshopped elements include sets/ props/ script for the four act play (pick an act, develop, rehearse, perform- and find out how the other three acts have developed when it unfolds on stage!) this must not be missed.

The Swap Shop (a market stall with lots of clothes, books, toys, records and weird stuff but with a STRICTLY NO CASH exchange rule, swapping is the only currency Anyone can take anything away, so long as they leave something behind)
